Welcome to RePeel Chemicals Store. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://repeelchemicals.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.
In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RePeel Chemicals Store, and “you” refers to the business or professional using our site.
1. Who Can Buy From Us
We sell strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to clinics, medical professionals, and wholesale companies. By ordering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are buying for professional or business use, not for personal use.
- You hold any licenses, qualifications, or authorizations required in your country to purchase, import, handle, and use the products you order.
We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe these conditions are not met.
2. Our Products
We supply authentic aesthetic and medical products sourced directly from manufacturers or their official distributors. We take care to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, or specification is completely free of error. Manufacturers may also change packaging or formulations from time to time.
Many of the products we sell are regulated medical devices or prescription-only items. You are responsible for ensuring that each product is legal to import and use in your country, and that a suitably qualified professional administers it. The products are not intended for personal self-treatment.
3. Pricing & Currency
We list all prices in US Dollars ($). Prices exclude shipping, taxes, customs duties, and any local import fees, which we explain further below. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
While we work hard to keep pricing accurate, errors can occasionally happen. If we discover a pricing error on an item you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept your order only once we confirm it and receive your payment. Until then, no contract exists between us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot lawfully supply you.
5. Adding to an Order
You can add products to an existing order before it ships. Simply email us with the product name, product ID, and quantity, and we’ll update your order if the items are available.
6. Payment
We operate on an advance-payment basis. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle, or cryptocurrency (BTC). We dispatch goods only after your payment clears. Once your order is paid for, stock typically reaches our warehouse within 3 to 5 working days before onward shipment.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most parts of the world using established courier services including DHL Express, UPS, FedEx and USPS. Orders are dispatched on business days after payment has cleared and any required warehouse processing has been completed.
A few important points about delivery:
- Shipping cost is separate. It is not included in the product price and depends on the size and weight. You pay it directly.
- Import responsibility is yours. As the importer, you are responsible for complying with your local laws governing the importation of the products and for paying any local import taxes, duties, or fees.
- Delivery times depend on your location and the courier, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
The risk of loss passes to you once we hand the goods over to the courier.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of medical and aesthetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. The only exception is if we send you the wrong product; in that case, contact us promptly, and we will correct the error. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any issues right away.
9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, the returns terms above apply.
10. Product Storage & Handling
We store products under the conditions specified by their manufacturers. Once goods leave our care, you are responsible for storing, transporting, and handling them correctly, including maintaining any required cold-chain conditions. We are not liable for problems caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, belongs to RePeel Chemicals Store or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission. Product brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our website and products “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing here removes any rights or manufacturer warranties that the law does not allow us to exclude.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RePeel Chemicals Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products, including losses linked to importation, handling, or clinical use. Where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RePeel Chemicals Store harmless from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, or your failure to comply with the laws and licensing requirements that apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of California, unless the law requires otherwise.
